📦 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within a few hours up to 2 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, payment verification, and operational factors.

During peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume sales events.

We offer the following shipping options:

• Estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days after dispatch (UK orders)
• This is our default and most economical shipping method.
Express Shipping
• Faster than Standard Shipping
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier availability
• Express Shipping prioritizes handling and transit but does not guarantee a specific delivery date
Customers may select their preferred shipping method during checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

DarkMuse ships internationally.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, customs clearance procedures, and carrier operations.
Because DarkMuse is based in the United Kingdom, international orders may take longer due to:
• International transit time
• Customs inspections and clearance
• Local carrier handling in the destination country
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Customers can track their order at any time directly through our website.
You may track your order using either:

• Your order number and email address, or
• Your tracking ID, if you have already received it

To access the tracking feature, open the menu on the left side of the screen and select the “Track Order” option.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are also sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

⚠️ Delays, Lost Parcels & Carrier Issues

We work with international fulfilment partners to ensure the best quality and delivery coverage.
As a result, packages may be delivered by third-party logistics providers and tracking updates may reference external platforms.
This does not affect the quality, authenticity, or warranty of the product. 

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates only and are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Carrier delays
• Local delivery restrictions

💕 Order Changes or Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be modified or canceled.
