We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or local delivery conditions.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to comply with that policy.

6. Taxes, Duties & Customs
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or local charges imposed by their government or postal authorities.
We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs caused by customs processing.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting content (reviews, photos, testimonials), you grant DarkMuse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for marketing or promotional purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkMuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DarkMuse from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud or abuse, cancel orders, suspend accounts, and contest chargebacks with supporting evidence.
Repeated abuse may result in permanent account bans.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if these Terms are violated.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Minimum Order value

All orders, including international shipments, must meet a minimum order value of £30 GBP after the application of any discounts, promotional offers, gift cards, or store credits.
If the final payable amount is below £30 GBP, DarkMuse reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion.

In special circumstances, DarkMuse may choose to accept orders with a minimum value of £26 GBP, subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their final cart total meets the minimum order requirement before checkout.
